5 inspiring ideas from creative books
When looking for inspiration, you don't necessarily need a bunch of words to discover a little something that reinforces your creative soul at that moment. Sometimes are the most simple ideas and quotes the ones that help you to keep going on your creative pad. Here are some of my favorites collected from wonderful and creative books for you:
"Fail, fail again, fail better". - Samuel Beckett (from the book "It's not how good you are, it's how good you want to be" by Paul Arden)
"If you have two or three real passions, don't feel like you have to pick and choose between them. Don't discard. Keep all your passions in your life". -Austin Kleon in his book "Steal like an Artist."
"Vulnerability is the birthplace of innovation, creativity and change." - Brené Brown (from the book "Never eat alone" by Keith Ferrazzi)
"Most times my inner voice tells me in a flash what I want and need, and whom to trust. I'm learning to honor that inner voice." - Lisa Hunt (for the book "In the company of women" by Grace Bonney)
"...don't let your ego totally run the show, or it will shut down the show. Your ego is a wonderful servant, but it's a terrible master" - from the book "Big Magic: Creative Living Beyond Fear" by Elizbeth Gilbert)
Now you can take note or just keep them in mind. Be creative! Be yourself!
